- 1 Gallon Cold Water
- 1 Gallon Apple Cider
- 1 Cup Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 6 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 lemon cut in half
